Both the Samsung Galaxy S6 and Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge are of 5.10 inch screen. The dimension for the Galaxy S6 is 143.40x 70.50x 6.80, while in the case of Galaxy S6 Edge is 142.10×70.10×7.00
The battery capacity for Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is 2600 mAh and the capacity for S6 is 2550 mAh. For both the models the battery is non-removable Li-Ion. The Samsung Galaxy S6 weighs 138 grams, but the S6 Edge weighs only 132 grams.

For both the models the hardware and camera are the very same. They are possessing 1.5GHz octa-core processor with 3 GB RAM and 32 GB internal memory. The camera details are 5 mega pixel front camera and 16 mega pixel rear camera with flash.

The operating system installed and skin are same for each of them. The OS used is Android 5.0, and the Skin is TouchWiz for both the versions.
The connectivity aspect is same in Wi-Fi supports, GPS, Bluetooth v4.10, 3.5mm headphones, MicroUSB and with a nano GSM SIM. The different colors available for Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge are pearl white, blue and green and emerald gold. Both models, which were released on same month, have almost same features too. The significant difference is the curved edge screen of Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge.
Even though both the mobiles look the same, in the case of battery performance; Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge definitely has an upper hand, some about 10 to 20% more than the Galaxy S6. In the case of 3D gaming also, usually in all mobiles 3D gaming consumes a considerable amount of charge of your mobile battery; here for Galaxy S6 Edge 40% of the charge is consumed in three hours and S6 will be consuming 45%.
Both the phones facilitate wireless charging, but if you need a full charge you will have to put in charge for more than 4 hours. Otherwise it will only take an hour and a half maximum for a full charge.
Another slight difference is in the weight of the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, which is only a negligible amount of 6 gram less than Galaxy S6. But the grip of the Galaxy S6 is more comfortable than S6 Edge, because the gripping or holding curve in the S6 Edge is not pretty much comfortable. Obviously the looks of the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is very catchy. Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge is comparatively the best buy and value for money.
